The NBA has given us an eleven game slate for this Friday night and I just happened to have what I believe you’re looking for. That guess would be fantasy-value plays. I have chosen the best of the best for this TGIF on DFSN and please, don’t make the mistake of not playing these starters because there’s not a dud in the bunch. Here’s some of the players I’ll add to my Draft$treet roster for Friday night’s Freeroll.

Kemba Walker PG Charlotte Bobcats ($13,618) One of the best values going tonight at the PG position is Kemba Walker by far. Walker has got four things going for him in this match-up. First would be Kemba’s reliability when it comes to production. Secondly the fact that Kemba will have close to 40 minutes of floor time in this game. Thirdly, Walker’s price is, believe it or not, low. Last but definitely not least, Kemba has great numbers versus the Toronto Raptors and as fate would have it that’s just who he is facing tonight. Kemba’s last stat line was good as he scored 19 points, 7 assists, 3 rebounds, 3 blocks and 1 steal. That comes to a nifty 37 fantasy points. Pick him up tonight for a mid-range price you’ll be getting beast-like production. Projection: 20 pts / 7 ast / 5 reb / 2 blk / 2 stl
Tony Parker PG San Antonio: 39 Fantasy Points
Alexey Shved SG Minnesota Timberwolves ($9,654) Shved is almost a guarantee to bring you in 25 or more fantasy point s each night on average. Alexey goes up against the New Orleans Hornets and he’s no stranger to them as he faced this same Hornets team in the second week of December. Alexey came out the winner. Keeping true to his average of 25 points per game scored 13 points, 8 assists, 2 rebounds and 2 steals in that last meeting. Shved should have a much easier time due to the fact that his stats and minutes on the floor have increased since the last time he met the Hornets. Shved gets you an easy 25-30 fantasy points tonight but you’ll need to start him for that to happen. Projection: 16 pts / 7 ast / 3 reb / 1 blk / 2 stl

Luol Deng SF Chicago Bulls ($13,480) In our first “History Repeats Itself ‘ play of the day, I’m focusing on Luol Deng of the Chicago Bulls. Deng has an extremely easy match-up this evening as the Bulls head to Madison Square Garden to face the Knicks. Luol literally destroyed the Knicks in his last time facing them and he’ll be looking to do more of the same tonight. In Luol’s previous outing (4 weeks ago) against the Knicks he registered 29 points, 1 assist and 13 rebounds all while logging in 42 minutes of playing time. This guy is Melo’s worst nightmare. Projection: 27 pts / 2 ast / 15 reb / 2 blk
Andrei Kirilenko SF Minnesota Timberwolves: 40 Fantasy Points
Tristan Thompson PF Cleveland Cavaliers ($12,982) Not much to say here other than for the duration that Varejao will be out, Tristan is in. If you need a PF that won’t bankrupt you (trust me I know what that’s like) then start him tonight as this kid (for his price) is on fire and killing it. Tristan is coming off of the Hawk game where he had a team-high 14 rebounds, 11 points and 2 steals on Wednesday. An excellent source of boards T. T. in his L/10 games has collected 7 double-doubles and is on the crest of getting his 8th DD tonight against Faried and the Nuggets. Projection: 14 pts / 2 ast / 17 reb / 1 blk / 1 stl
Ed Davis PF Toronto Raptors: 39 Fantasy Points
Greg Monroe C Detroit Pistons ($13,466) Monroe has scored exactly 18 points in each game this month. I’ll look for a slight rise in fantasy points here tonight. Monroe is coming off of the Charlotte game where he scored 18 points, 6 assists, 14 rebounds and 1 block in 37 minutes of playing time. Greg faces the Bucks tonight and although he’s already played them and posted up a decent stat line, I’m greedy and I’ll expect a little bit more in this game from him. Since that last meeting Monroe’s stats (offensive and defensive) along with his amount of playing time has all increased so if that’s the case then a surge in production is inevitable. Look for big minutes and big points tonight from the ‘Big Man’! Projection: 20 pts / 4 ast / 15 reb / 1 blk / 3 stl
